This year, IDEAg Dakotafest 2022 will be held between Aug. 16 and Aug. 18 in Mitchell, S.D., and John Deere will be one of the hundreds of exhibitors on hand at the event. Dakotafest is held annually to showcase the latest in agricultural technology and equipment. The ultimate goal is to help farming families expand upon their businesses and make the most of every growing season.
More than 500 exhibitors are expected to take part in IDEAg Dakotafest 2022, and there will be live product demonstrations for attendees to enjoy. Educational sessions will also be held to provide more insight to the ever-evolving agricultural industry. Additionally, there will be several family-oriented activities for younger attendees to enjoy.
At this year’s event, John Deere will be located at Booth 606. It is situated between 6th and 7th street in the convention center, and experts will be on hand to provide information on everything Deere has to offer.
In addition to live demonstrations, there will be livestock-focused exhibits and live chute demonstrations for attendees to see. Seed plot demonstrations will also be a part of the event, and there will be sessions on everything from sustainability to soil health. The Dakotafest Woman Farmer/Rancher of the Year Award is also going to be presented before the end of the event.
IDEAg Dakotafest 2022 will be open to the public between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. daily during event days. Tickets will be available on-site at the gate, but those who are interested in attending can also purchase tickets ahead of time online.
